OWN THE STAGE:
BECOME A SPEAKER
Share your expertise, experiences, or success stories with thousands of e-commerce professionals. Submit your topic, tell us why it matters, and take the stage at E‑commerce Berlin Expo 2027.
Less hype, more substance
E‑commerce moves fast - and the most valuable insights come from the people living it every day. That’s why every year we open the Call for Speakers - to hear from the community, discover what keeps you up at night, and bring those real, practical topics to the stage. In fact, 40% of the conference agenda comes directly from speaker submissions, ensuring the Expo covers the issues that truly matter.

We’re looking for the talks that move e-commerce forward. No generic trend talks. No product pitches. No buzzwords without substance. We want real experiences, evidence and practical lessons - the decisions you made, what you implemented, what worked, what didn’t, and what you learned along the way. Practical. Evidence-based. Real-world. Tell us the story behind the result - not just the result itself. Take just 3 minutes to submit your proposal for a chance to speak on stage in February 2027.

CONTEST CATEGORIES
Submit now
Submit your proposal in the language of your presentation - English or German - and take the first step toward the stage. You can update your information later if needed. Here’s what you need to know: * Free to participate – winners present on stage at the Expo. * Submission deadline: September 18, 17:00 CET. * Guidelines: Check contest categories and FAQs for tips, technical questions, and evaluation criteria. Guidelines for an impactful submission * Be specific. Clearly state the problem, topic or question your session addresses. * Have a clear focus. One strong topic is better than a broad overview of several trends. * Show first-hand experience. Base the session on something you have actually worked on, tested, implemented or observed. * Include evidence. Use data, examples, results or concrete cases where relevant. * Share what happened. Explain the approach, decisions, challenges, outcomes and lessons learned. * Make the takeaway clear. State what attendees will understand, apply or rethink after the session. * Keep it non-promotional. Product, company or solution mentions should support the topic, not be the main purpose of the session.
