„Box - Die Abholstation“ ist der neue Click&Collect-Service der Deutschen Bahn. Sendungen können ganz einfach an einer Packstation am Bahnhof kontaktlos abgeholt und retourniert werden. Ob Bestellungen aus Online-Shops oder dem stationären Handel, der Service ist lieferanten- und anbieterunabhängig und kann von den Empfänger:innen bequem und zeitlich flexibel an Stationen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs genutzt werden. Neben dem Paketempfang eignet sich „Box - Die Abholstation“ auch für Dienstleistungen des täglichen Lebens, wie der Hinterlegung von Textilien für die Reinigung oder dem Abholen von Schlüsseln und Mietgegenständen.
Der Click&Collect-Service „Box - Die Abholstation“ ist bereits heute an zahlreichen Bahnhöfen und ausgewählten ÖPNV-Standorten verfügbar.
