The focus of the presentation is to show the relationship between customer insights online and at the point-of-sale. We are using webshop data, UX-Lab data, and point-of-sale data to bring customers from the webshop to the point-of-sale and vice versa. We test and develop digital innovations in the markets to understand the most important communication strategy.
