BIO:

Thorsten Hermes is Google Germany’s Head of Strategy & Digital Transformation, bringing growth strategies and digital innovations to European top retailers. Before starting his career at Google Thorsten was advising DAX 100 companies, being a member of accenture’s DACH Retail Management Group. As a member of the Talent & Organization Performance workgroup, Thorsten was leading large scale change management projects for global corporations for nearly ten years. Thorsten has graduated in Media & Communications Management, Business Information Systems and Marketing and lives in Hamburg, Germany.
