What is the maximum number of company representatives on the stand?
The number of representatives at your booth is arbitrary, but remember that in the package you have includes only 4 vouchers for lunch (unless you have bought additional vouchers).
Are there any upgrade options or additional services one can order?
Additional services include increasing the power of the current electricity connection (up to 6kW), a greater number of welcome packs for the Exhibitors representatives, floor carpeting, renting selected equipment (f.e. TV screen), more furniture or a comprehensive arrangement of the exhibition space including full print back wall and a counter.
Can I send materials to the Fair location?
Yes. You will find more detailed information on the Exhibitor's Profile.
What is the size of my stand and what is included in the package?
Except for the Grand stands (6m x 3m), all stand stand sizes are 3x3m. If you have not ordered additional services, the package includes 4 stools, 2 tables, 4 lunch vouchers, access to power (300W) and WIFI.
How to plan participation in the Fair to get as many new customers as possible?
Try to communicate to as many people as possible that your company will be present at the Fair to get new contacts. Invite your partners and people related to your business to the Fair. Use promotional materials that you can find in your Exhibitor Profile. Do not forget to share your profile on social media and invite registered participants to a meeting during the event.
What are the benefits of promotion of my participation?
In addition to the obvious advantages like establishing business relationships and concluding new deals, you have the chance to win some interesting prizes. Familiarize yourself with the details in your Exhibitor Panel in the 'Awards' tab. The main prize is the ability to conduct a presentation at the event!
How to benefit from public Exhibitors' Profile?
Public Exhibitors' Profile is a dedicated web page and a showcase of your company, thanks to which you can stand out among the competition. Visitors browse the profile before deciding to meet during the Fair, which is why it is so important to complete all information.
During the Fair
What time will the event take place?
The Fair will be held from 10:00 to 17:00.
Where should I go after entering the hall?
When you get there, go to the Info point for Exhibitors located near registration. You will get all the necessary instructions on how to proceed. Our staff will take you straight to your stand.
Do I have to print the badges?
There is no need for that. The badges of your company's representatives will be waiting for you in the starter pack at your stand.
Will it be possible to enter the parking lot on the day of the expo?
Yes, on the eve of the event, all entrance gates will be open.
When can I set up a stand?
The stand can be set up on the assembly day, that is, the day before the event from 14:00 to 23:59 and on the day of the Expo, from 8:30 to 9:30. The Expo starts at 10:00 - prepare yourself to receive the first guests interested in the services of your company
Where can I collect lunch vouchers?
They lunch vouchers will be waiting for you in the starter pack, which you will find at your booth on the day of the event.
Will there be a networking party?
We invite you to our exclusive networking party on 12 February 2020 from 7pm - 11pm (night before the official expo. The E-commerce Germany Awards 2020 ceremony will take place at the networking party. You will be able to connect with all exhibitors personally and establish some new contacts.
Where can I park my car during the expo?
There is no dedicated parking area at the venue during the expo day.
Although you can use a nearby car park, "PARKHAUS GLEISDREIECK".
Entering Parkhaus Gleisdreieck: You can drive into the garage via Schöneberger Ufer, Luckenwalder Strasse or Köthener Brücke.
Hours of operation: Open daily from 6 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Fees for short-term parking:
Hourly: EUR 1.00/hour
Daily Pass: EUR 10.00
Who should I report to in case of problems with the equipment of the stand?
All problems with stand equipment: chairs, tables, electricity access and the Internet should be reported to the info point for Exhibitors, which is located next to the registration.
What to do in case of any other problems?
In the starter pack at your stand, you will find a list of the most important contact numbers. Our staff will help you with a solution to your problem.
How do I get access to the visitor badge scanner?
Access to the badge scanner application will only be obtained by taking the right place in the Ranking. You can find more details in your Exhibitor Profile under the 'Awards' tab.
After the Fair
What should you do with the scanned badges?
Contact details of scanned visitors will be available to all representatives of your company. You can easily export them to .xls or .csv files. Next, prepare a summary message of the meeting during the event and finish the negotiations with new contracts.
When will I be able to book a stand for the next edition?
Sales for the next edition will start not later than one month after the end of the current one.
